Shipping - Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of US, but we hope to in the near future!

We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders in the US!

Shipping - When will my order ship?

We ship your order in 3-10 business days (not including weekends) from when you place your order. You will then receive an email order notification, followed by an email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

US orders:1 to 4 days.

Once your ZELO Starter Kit has started shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping - What do I do if my package is delayed?

Please confirm your shipping address is correct and contact us at hello@zeloworld.com with your order number so we can help!

Return - What is your return & exchanges policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for purchases. If you have any issues with your kit, please contact us at hello@zeloworld.com.

Orders - Can I change my address after I place an order?

Please contact us with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.

Orders - Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped.

Orders - Can I combine two orders into one shipment?

Please contact us to request that we combine your orders and we will do our best to accommodate! Please include both order numbers.

Orders - How do coupon work?

You can enter your coupon code at check out to display updated price.
Only one coupon code allowed per order.

Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with another offer.
